Delivery Policy

Prime Landscape Supply delivers bulk landscaping materials to homes, businesses, and landscapers in Fairfax County. Our product range includes double shredded mulch, colored dyed mulch (black, brown, and red), topsoil, compost mixes, stone & gravel products.

Delivery Guidelines:

• Products are delivered to your driveway. Specify delivery instructions online or leave written instructions on your front door.
• Ensure a clear area, considering power lines and trees.
• All products are delivered in dump trucks. The product will spread about 12 feet wide, and the pile length depends on the ordered amount.
• Remove all vehicles from the driveway before delivery. We do not leave the driveway without prior approval.

Additional Information:

• Deliveries are made rain or shine.
• Postponements or deferrals must be communicated by the close of business the day before, or a $100 cancellation fee may apply.
• Delivery liability ends at the curb line; unloading site safety is the customer's responsibility.

Damage Waiver:

• A signed consent waiver is required for off-driveway deliveries.
• Customer assumes responsibility for property once the truck leaves the driveway.
• No returns or refunds on delivered materials.
• Damages or inquiries must be noted before the truck leaves the site.

Driver Waiver Damage:

• Deliveries are restricted to the customer's driveway without a signed consent waiver.
• Off-driveway deliveries are subject to specific conditions.
• The ground must be dry and hard.
• The dump location must be level and clear with a 10-foot-wide clearance.
• Prime Landscape Supply is not responsible for any property damage.
• The driver has final approval of the dump site for safety reasons.
• Additional charges may apply for stuck trucks or unsafe dump locations.
• If the driver is unable to deliver due to an unsuitable or unsafe dump location, a $100 return fee will apply.
